Unfortunately, due to other priorities, the CodeHarbor team could not attend the Zabbix Summit this year. Long live the internet, this allowed us to discover quite some value from the summit.

This Summit was a true celebration of the growth of Zabbix, and it’s use in super and hyper scaled environments. The Cancom journey to migrate their monitoring needs towards Zabbix really showcases the full potential of Zabbix. This while using it’s ability to meet a wide variety of requirements without any compromises. Another challenging story was presented by IntelliTrend. Theydemonstrate the enormous scalability of Zabbix and the ability to set-up one global Problem view server and creating one single pane of glass.
Furthermore there where interesting business cases in data-collections, High-Availability multi-site clustering, Hyperscale implementations and many more…. Congratulations to all presenters embracing and using Zabbix’s versatility to improve their business and customer needs in optimal monitoring.
The second day showed further possibilities and implementations of Zabbix in a wide variety of cases. With special care on availability and the use of many features the Zabbix crew have foreseen over the last years.
